I) The Present Hope is based on
      A) What Jesus said He’d do
           (Mark 8:31-32, Luke 24:10-11, John 20:8-9)
      B) What Jesus did do (Matt 28:5-6)
           Peter’s testimony (Acts 3:15; 5:30-32; 10:40)

II) The Future Hope is based on
      A) Again on what Jesus said then
           (2000 years ago) - John 14:1-3 
      B) What Scripture said

III) Several Observations from the text
      (1 Peter 1:3-5)
      A) God “caused us to be born again” (3)
      B) God provided an Everlasting Inheritance (4)
      C) God IS guarding over (protected in v5) 
      D) So, we should - Bless God (3)

Matthew 28:6 - He has risen, just as He said.
