I) The People - Experienced Signs & Wonders (Acts 5:12-16)

    A) Resulting in the greatest evangelistic
         effort to date (Acts 5:14)
         1)  Meeting at Solomon’s Portico - 
               became the 1st meeting place

    B) Resulting in the People Responding
          to their Experience (Acts 5:15-16)
          1) By seeking the sick and bringing them
               to healing
          2) By believing in the Apostolic Power
               (as mediums) to heal
                a) By Peter (and other Apostles)
                b) By Faith (through means of Peter’s
                     presence) (shadow)

    C) Resulting in an Evangelistic Explosion
          (3k + 5k, and this was more than that)

II) The People - With Different Views (Acts 5:13)

    A) The Fearful “rest”
          1) This may mean;  “dare” = to be bold, 
               to be courageous, to shun through fear

    B) The Devoted (Those revering the Apostles)
          1) Realized who the Apostles were
               (Christ Authorized)
          2) Believed the Apostles Message
               (Trust Christ)
          3) Were Unified with other Believers (v12)
