           significant
        - Was it helpful to Theophilus?
        - What good is it for us?  Why?

II) The Beggar’s Condition

    B) He was another Miraculous Attraction
    C) The Beggar had a Testimony - Acts 4:22
    D) The Beggar had an Obvious Need
    E) The Beggar had Faith - Acts 3:16

         Apostles have?
    B) The Apostles only had Jesus’ Power
         and Authority

    B) We have the Authority to Proclaim
         "in Jesus’ name"
    C) We have Power to perform (with Jesus)
         "all power is given to me in heaven and
          in earth" (Matt 28:18)

Conclusive Review:
    1) Identify our 2 main points:
        A) The Pattern - The Apostles followed
             Jesus’ model
        B) The Power - They worked "in Jesus’ name"
    2) Answer the questions we started with
    3) Revisit John’s "in Jesus’ Name" texts
        after seeing this event
